Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.
GRC apps collect no personal information, they don't offer to connect to a user account or to enter informations that will be sent to a server.
However they may interact with some personnal data entered by the user or after having received the user permission to access data, this data is then processed locally by the app.
Some examples of personal data used locally:
If you contact the support via grcbox.com website, you will have to provide your name and e-mail address. These elements will not be stored in a database, they will only be used to start an e-mail thread.
We also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose.
We may collect information regarding users activities inside our apps. This information is aggregated and used to make sure of the proper behavior of the apps and to help us improve our products.
GRC shares personal information with companies who provide services such as audience measurement, user activity tracking and diagnostic of errors and instabilities detected in the apps. The tools used are mainly Google Firebase and Microsoft App Center.
GRC apps do not add personal information to the technical data sent to these services.
